The service of City In Chaos is provided to you (the Mafioso) for free under the terms and conditions of this disclaimer. By playing City In Chaos you are indicating your agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Disclaimer. If you do not adhere to these terms or if you break rules in game, City In Chaos reserves the right to terminate your access to the site.

City In Chaos makes no guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted.

City In Chaos disclaims all warranties of any kind. By playing City In Chaos, Mafioso understands and agrees to use our service at your sole risk.

Mafioso agrees that he or she is at least 18 years of age.

Mafioso will be solely responsible for any damage done to the Mafiosos computer or data loss due to playing City In Chaos. No advice or information obtained by Mafioso from City In Chaos and/or City In Chaos Administration Team , whether it is oral or written, will create any warranty not expressly made herein.

Mafioso's right to use the service granted by City In Chaos is personal to the individual. The service is provided to the Mafioso only and is not transferable. Mafioso is entirely responsible to maintain the confidentiality of the account and password. Furthermore, Mafioso is totally responsible for all actions which occur under the account.

Mafioso agrees to provide accurate, complete, and current information in the registration, which includes all information requested on original sign up. Validation code will be sent to the Mafiosos email address upon completion of the registration. Also, the Mafioso grants City In Chaos the right to disclose certain registration data about the City In Chaos Mafiosos to third parties. If any registration data is incorrect, City In Chaos retains the right to terminate Mafioso's account, and right to use the service.

Mafioso agrees not to resale or make any commercial use of the product. Furthermore, Mafioso agrees not to make use of any icons, graphics, information, or data from City In Chaos without the prior written consent from City In Chaos, except banners created for the specific purpose of advertising City In Chaos and labeled so.

Mafioso agrees to indemnify City In Chaos against liability for any and all use of Mafioso's account. The game allows Mafioso to send messages to other player or post messages on bulletin board; therefore, Mafioso's conduct is subject to Internet regulations, policies, and procedures. Mafioso will not use the service to send chain letters, junk mail, spamming, or distribution lists to any Mafioso, player or admin at any time.

Mafioso agrees not to transmit in the game any unlawful, harassing, abusive, threatening, harmful, objectionable material of any kind or nature. Mafioso further agrees not to transmit any materials that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.

City In Chaos reserves the right to modify or terminate its service to Mafioso with or without notice, which includes, but is not limited to updates, changes, or restart of game. City In Chaos shall not be liable to Mafioso or any third party of modification or termination of its service. City In Chaos may change the terms and conditions of this disclaimer without prior notice.

All accounts created are property of City In Chaos. City In Chaos reserves the right to terminate any account at any time without prior notification and without stating a reason.

By using the Site you acknowledge and agree that City In Chaos and/or its affiliates shall have no liability for any cost, damage or harm arising directly or indirectly in connection with any of the services provided by thiss Site or through links on this Site. You acknowledge, consent and agree that City In Chaos may access, preserve, and disclose your account information and content if required to do so by law or in a good faith belief that such access preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) Comply with legal process; (b) enforce the TOS; (c) respond to claims that any Content violates the rights of third parties; (d) respond to your requests for customer game; or (e) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of City In Chaos, its users and the public. If you are found to be in violation of the TOS, your master account will be frozen. If you are a supporter, and you violate the TOS, your master account will be frozen as well, and you WILL NOT RECEIVE your money back for unused credits.If you are attacked by a multi account or a cheater, and lose in game property, City In Chaos is not able to replenish the lost units.
